压力表转换接头的应用

用于压力测量仪表、压力表旋塞阀、截止阀、冷凝管、阻尼阀和其他附件的安装。

压力表转换接头的类型

外-内螺纹转接头

用于外螺纹和待接部件内螺纹尺寸不同的情况。

内-内螺纹转接头

用于待接部件都是外螺纹的情况。

外-外螺纹转接头

用于待接部件都是内螺纹的情况。

自密封螺纹接头 (SS)

用于将小尺寸压力表螺纹连接到大尺寸压力表螺纹（如G ¼ 和G ½）。该压力表准换接头的螺纹接头采用自密封设计，即旋入螺纹接头中的锥体会压入压力测量仪表中压力通道接口的孔内。为防止两个螺纹连接部件意外打开，需要使用一种特殊黏合剂将两个螺纹连接件固定在一起。

左旋-右旋活接头

该压力表转换接头符合DIN 16283标准，接头一端是左旋螺纹，另一端是右旋螺纹，从而可以将组件密封并朝向所需方向。

带螺纹接头的活接头螺母

符合DIN 16284标准，无需改变待接部件互相之间的朝向即可实现安装。

卡箍压力连接（无需焊接）

此类型压力表转换接头用于将压力测量仪表或管件连接到铜、钢和不锈钢管道。这是一种特别有用的安装方式，无需焊料或焊点。出厂时带有一个密封垫圈。

带透镜式密封圈的法兰

此类型压力表转换接头用于装配高压（最高达400 MPa）测量仪表。通过两个螺纹法兰（使用四个螺栓紧固到一起）可以使压力测量仪表朝向所需方向。

焊接式转接头

外螺纹设计型号可与左旋螺纹一起用于连接LH-RH活接头，而右旋螺纹设计的型号（符合EN 837-1标准）则主要用于将仪表直接安装在压力接口处。

可旋转压力表转接头（旋转转接头）

可使压力测量仪表可以在360 °范围自由旋转。

Application of pressure gauge adapter

For installation of pressure measuring instruments, pressure gauge plug valves, shut-off valves, condenser pipes, damping valves and other accessories.

Types of Pressure Gauge Adapters

Male-female thread adapter

For use when the dimensions of the male thread and the female thread of the part to be joined are different.

Female-female thread adapter

It is used when the parts to be connected are all external threads.

Male-male thread adapter

It is used when the parts to be received are all internally threaded.

Self-Sealing Threaded Fittings (SS)

For threading small gauges to larger gauge threads (eg G ¼ and G ½). The threaded joint of the pressure gauge quasi-change joint adopts a self-sealing design, that is, the cone screwed into the threaded joint will be pressed into the hole of the pressure channel interface in the pressure measuring instrument. To prevent accidental opening of the two threaded parts, a special adhesive is used to fasten the two threaded parts together.

Left hand - right hand union

This pressure gauge adapter complies with DIN 16283 and has a left-hand thread on one end and a right-hand thread on the other end, allowing the assembly to be sealed and oriented in the desired direction.

Union Nut with Threaded Fitting

Compliant with DIN 16284, it can be installed without changing the orientation of the parts to be connected relative to each other.

Clamp pressure connection (no welding required)

This type of pressure gauge adapter is used to connect pressure measuring instruments or fittings to copper, steel and stainless steel pipes. This is a particularly useful way to mount without the need for solder or solder joints. Ships with a sealing gasket.

Flange with lens seal

This type of pressure gauge adapter is used to assemble high pressure (up to 400 MPa) measuring instruments. The pressure measuring instrument can be oriented in the desired direction by means of two threaded flanges (fastened together with four bolts).

Welded adapter

The male thread design can be used with left-hand thread for connecting LH-RH unions, while the right-hand thread design (according to EN 837-1 standard) is mainly used to install the instrument directly at the pressure connection.

Rotatable Pressure Gauge Adapter (Rotary Adapter)

The pressure measuring instrument can be freely rotated in the range of 360 °.
